Waterpark

1. All participants must sign a waiver before entering the waterpark. 
2. MUST BE A CAPABLE SWIMMER 
3. Minimum age is 7 years old/ Minimum height is 48 inches. Any children under the minimum requirements are not allowed on inflatables without being accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 
4. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
5. Only enter the waterpark during operating hours and with staff permission. 
6. Do not use the park if you are ill, injured, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. All users must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket (provided or approved by staff). 
8. Proper swimwear is required. No jeans, belts, zippers, jewelry, watches, or sharp objects of any kind that could puncture inflatables. No shoes of any kind. 
9. Eyeglasses and goggles must be secured with a safety strap. 
10. No diving, pushing, shoving or rough play on or near the inflatables. Respect others’ space. 
11. No food, drinks, or chewing gum on the inflatables. 
12. No glass containers, or alcohol in the waterpark area. 
13. No climbing on anchor ropes or swimming under floating features. 
14. Always listen to and follow staff instructions. 15. Wait until the area is clear before jumping or sliding.

16. If you hear the whistle or emergency signal, exit the water immediately. 
17. Park will close temporarily in case of thunderstorms, high winds, or lightning. 
18. Follow all evacuation procedures during an emergency. 19. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
